Executive Functions and Reading Development
Call for Poster
We cordially invite scholars and researchers to submit abstracts that explore the latest advancements, including theories and practices related to executive functions and their impacts on reading development. We welcome contributions from diverse fields such as psychology, education, linguistics, and cognitive science, among others.
The symposium aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchanges, meaningful discussions, and collaborations among experts and practitioners in the field. We encourage submissions of innovative research and empirical studies that contribute to the understanding of executive functions in the context of reading development and education.
Key topics of interest for abstract submissions include, but are not limited to:
Reading development and difficulties
Constructs and measurements of EFs
Reading difficulties and EF interventions
Development of EFs and learning to read
EFs and mechanisms of reading comprehension
Multiple text comprehension, digital reading & EFs
Abstract Submission
Poster abstracts shall be written in English and provide a clear overview of the research question, methodology, results, and implications. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality and relevance of the conference program.
